Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying various sections of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the current congressional process.
